Easter Egg Nails

So this was the first Easter mani I did a couple of weeks ago using OPI ‘Alpine Snow’, ‘Big Apple Red’ and ‘Sparrow Me The Drama’ for these easy and simple nails.

I firstly painted my nails all white, then using a small detailing paintbrush I painted on the half circles on the tops and bottoms of the nail, and also painted on the zig zags, and finally did the dots using a dotting tool.

I then topped them off with Seche Vite.

Purple Paw Prints

So a couple of weeks ago I changed my nail shape to the squarletto/coffin/ballerina shape but then I started a new job soon after so actually went back to almond/stiletto for a little while. So this is one of the mani’s I did a couple of weeks ago when I started my new job.

I used OPI ‘Tickle My France-y’ and ‘Louvre Me Louvre Me Not’ and a small detailing paintbrush along with a dotting tool.

April Nailart Challenge-Day 5-Weather Nails

For this months nail art challenge one of the themes was ‘weather’ so I decided to do the four weather conditions using acrylic paints on top of Vinylux ‘Azure Wish’.

I used a small detailing paint brush and Daler Rowney acrylic paints for this design and waited for them all to dry completely matte before adding my topcoat of Seche Vite.

Blue Puzzle Nails

For some of the nail art challenges I’ve been doing this month quite a lot of the theme are blue nails or puzzle nails for Autism awareness month.

So I mixed the theme with having a blue gradient and blue puzzle accent nail.

I used Essie ‘Borrowed & Blue’, Vinylux ‘Azure Wish’, OPI ‘No Room For The Blues’ and ‘Keeping Suzi At Bay’.

For the puzzle accent nail I firstly painted each section with a small paint brush then using a dotting tool for the jigsaw pieces.

I topped them all with Seche Vite.

Pokemon Nails Part 3

So for this final installment of Pokemon nails I did Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise the last evolutions of the Pokemon I originally did, but as Raichu was the last evolution of Pikachu I did a pokeball on my pinkie finger instead.

My base colour is Opi ‘Passion’ and I used acrylic paints and a small detailing paintbrush for the Pokemon.

Pokemon Nails Part 2

So following my last Pokemon mani I decided to do the evolutions of the Pokemon I chose using acrylic paints and a small detailing paint brush.

Pokemon Nails

So since watching Pokemon on Netflix I decided to do some Pokemon nails.

I used OPI ‘Chillin Like A Villian’ as my base and acrylic paints and a fine detailing paint brush for the Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle.
